How does a direct stay request work?+
Choose your dates and complete the inquiry form to open an email draft addressed to your host. Review it and press Send in your email app. The host confirms availability and provides a quote and booking terms. Preparing or sending an inquiry does not hold dates or confirm a reservation.
Where can I see the total price?+
For a direct stay, request an itemized quote including taxes and fees. Airbnb and Vrbo show their own totals after you enter dates. No estimated or live rates are displayed here.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Review the terms provided with your direct quote or partner reservation before payment. Policies depend on the booking channel and reservation.
Is this the right stay for our group?+
The villa accommodates up to six guests, with a six-night minimum stay. The primary renter must be at least 21. Please ask the host about accessibility, pets, children’s equipment, or any specific requirements before booking.
